What is your shell service area?
We can provide shell packages within 150 miles of Longview, TX and Burnet, TX.
Are your floor plan designs engineered?
Standard construction plan sets are not engineer stamped. Engineering services can be provided for an additional fee of approximately $3,500–$5,000 per plan set, upon request.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We can provide financing for our floor plans or shell packages (up to $250,000).
